Damage or other issues
Please carefully inspect your order when you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item! We will do our best to make things right. You can email us at – including your order number and any pictures of the damaged or incorrect items will help speed up the process.


Shipping Policy

Please allow 4-7 business days to process your order. Shipping rates are available at checkout along with delivery dates. COVID-19 is still affecting postal services and causing shipping delays, so keep that in mind when placing your order. We unfortunately cannot help with any delays or lost packages once we have shipped your order, and are not responsible for the loss, damages, or theft of your package once delivered.
If your order is returned to us by the postal service because of an incorrect mailing address, we will reach out to you to purchase a new shipping label to help us get your package delivered to you.
